I'm sorry you're feeling concerned about this and I hope you've talked to your parents. My first question would be are you taking any medication at all? Are you on meds for allergy or asthma, steroid-type drugs? At 13 your body is going through many changes. My son had some issues when he was maturing and luckily we had a great pediatrician whom he was comfortable talking with. Trust me, your doctor can be your best friend right now, especially with questions you may be embarrassed to discuss with your parents. Don't be intimidated--trust me, they've heard and seen it all!
