Hi,
I am currently in physical therapy for lower back pain that is due to a ligament injury that I sustained a few years ago. The stretched ligament is causing my sacroiliac and pelvic bones to rub together and cause frozen, painful muscles and extreme pain with bending at the waist. I'm really benefitting from a traction machine that they're using to pull the bones apart in my lower back, and I want to find something similar that I can use at home. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have already added one traction device to my Amazon shopping list, but I don't know how beneficial it is. Does anyone use home traction devices for their lower back?
