I've had chronic and increasing pain in my lower back, buttocks and legs for a year now and I just got diagnosed with lurabar spinal stenosis via MRI at the age of 30. I can barely walk 10 minutes before I have to sit and rest to get the pain and nurabness to stop in my legs. I have an 11 month old daughter that I can barely pick up. I cannot sleep at night because the pain is so excrutiating. I just got referred to an orthopedistic and would like to know what to expect at the first visit and what they will do to relieve the pain. I've already tried chiropractic care, NSAIRAB, tylenol w/codeine, and vicodin with no relief. Thanks in advance!
