I am wondering is anyone else has ever had these symptoms:
After I eat a meal my duodenum/small intestine cramps quite painfully. This is in the upper right quadrant, about an inch and a half about and to the right of my belly button. However, after trying for 26 years to manage to rid myself of the symptoms, I have found that when I do exercises that strengthen, through contraction, my left side lower back muscle (around the sacrum and sacro-iliac) this area becomes quite sore and my gut spasm releases. This suggests that the cause is the lower back. Gastro specialists refer me to physio people who refer me back to gastros (It's be funny if it weren't so serious) Anyone recognise this pattern? Thanks.
