I went for my 1st epidural on the 2nd for herniated disk @ L4-L5 & L5-S1. My legs cramped terrible, today is the 1st day I've had relief. I still have a terrible headache and they told me to drink lots of caffeine? 
Anyone know what that does for a headache?
