Lug conversion kit to fit ford rims on chevy?

I bought some really nice chrome rims for my Mustang size 17x9 with a bolt pattern of 5x4.5 and i was wondering if someone out there makes lug conversion kits to fit these on a newer 1999-2004 silverado, I dont know the bolt pattern on a silverado and/or if the bolt pattern changes within those 6 years but i just need to know if these exist and where I can get them and for approx. how much. Thank you
