LT225/75r16 stock tires will LT275/75r16 fit on the same rim?

I have a 1997 Chevy C2500 with stock tires and I am in need of new tires fast, the stock tires are LT225/75r16 and I need to know if Lt275/75r16s will fit on the same rim

you probably have a 7 or 8 inch wide rim which should be fine
