Yes, I've improved before only to see it go bad again. I'm hopeful this time that it is something I did. I made 3 changes that really seem to have an effect.
1) I switched my high blood pressure med. to early morning (it may have been causing dry mouth at night).
2) I drink aloe juice in the morning and again at night.
3) I force myself to sleep only on left side (put metal clip on back so I don't go on back, looks rediculous but if it works I'll take it).
I have been about 95% reflux free but not sure if any of these did it or it's just by chance. I can now drink orange juice, eat salty pretzels an my throat doesnt hurt. Will see how long this lasts.
