I was diagnosed with LPR in Dec and at that time had a cyst removed from the right vocal cord. My Dr. put me on Protonix 40 mg twice a day and 1200 - 2400mg of Guifenasin per day. Within 8 months I again had that same cyst grow back and I just had surgery to remove it again. Also a benigh mass on my trachea was removed. Is is really safe to take both of these together and for how long shall I take them? I was told anywhere from 6 months, which I've already done up to 2 years. Your advice?
