Lowest SAR phones?

It's extremely important to my wife to get the phone with the lowest possible radiation (SAR). Other factors (in order of priority):
* Good network and reception in Boston (pref. Verizon or AT&T)
* Smallest and lightest possible
* Loud ringer
* Long battery life
* Bluetooth required, other advanced features not necessary

Any suggestions?

My wife would also like for me to get a low-SAR phone. My priorities:
* Best possible reception nationwide (I assume Verizon is best)
* Good calendar that syncs with Outlook and good email functionality (push not necessary)
* Good keyboard
* Smallest and lightest given the above constraints
* Long battery life
* Good vibration feature, loud ring, speaker phone
* Robust (i.e. doesn't crash and not slow like my current 'Q')

Any low-SAR suggestions for this?

Thanks much for any and all advice,
Dave.

Thanks for the link. I had already gone through that entire list, and unfortunately some of the info is wrong (e.g. doesn't match up with the actual fcc reports), some is outdated, and I still haven't been able to find low-SAR phones with the attributes I'm looking for. I've been looking up the fcc SAR reports for individual phones, but that's a slow and painful process, and most phones are relatively high.

Anybody know of a current and accurate database of SAR values for phones? All the ones I could find on the web are either sorely outdated or inaccurate (or both!).

Or even better, anyone know of any good low-SAR phones?

Thanks,
Dave.
