I have a 1994 dodge ram 1500 and ive been wanting to lower the rear of the truck at least 2-3 inches to match the front of the truck..
I have read into leveling kits and airbags and lowering blocks, shackles,..etc. but i do not have the money for the airbags and if i flip the leafs to under the axel i believe it will lower to truck too much. and the shackles is not enough..
I do haul a variety of stuff every week end...
So my question is IF i remove one of the leafs to lower it 2-4 inches and have air shocks to relive some pressure of the leafs, will this work without anything being damaged really bad..? whats ur opinion?
Ive have 22's on it and even with stock tires the rear is very up there..
I believe 5 years ago there was a leaf removed so presently there is only 4 there..
And it seems that my current shocks are not working right so a replacement to air shocks will be coming soon..
thank u.
And i ve look in many forums.. so please dont redirect me to some other site.. thank u
