Lower right back pain

I am a 21 year old male and I have noticed pain in my right lower back in the last few days. It hurts most when I am lying down and try to get up, and also when I apply pressure with 2 of my fingers. There is no sign of bruising. The pain is in a very small, specific area when I get up or apply pressure. Anybody know what this may be?
 
There can be lots of causes for your pain. I suggest that you see a doctor and have them run the proper tests to figure out what is going on. Good luck and I hope your pain is relieved soon.
