My husband has been complaining of mild and vague discomfort/pain in his lower right abdomen, above and behind the genitals. Manual manipulation doesn't reveal anything or produce any pain. He says it feels reminiscent of being struck in a testicle, but much milder. It is not constant - one day there, the next day gone. There are no other apparent symptoms or swelling, knots, etc. If it gets worse, of course, he will see the doctor. Thanks for any comments.
