hello all!
im a 24 year old guy living here in spain. for the past two weeks i have noticed an ache in my lower stomach, right on my beltline. i seems to hurt on and off occasionally in all of my abdomen. this ache is also travels down to my right testicle. if i poke my belly dirrectly above it it aches more than other parts. it also aches a bit when i cough or when i exert force going no.2.
this reminds me of when the doctor would give athletic physicals and test for hernias! if this has lasted for 2 weeks could it be any other problem? what can i do? relax? eat fruits and veggies? any advice or help would be welcome!
