Ok. Let's see is someone have a simular problem. I have very bad lower back pains for few years now. It comes and goes. Sometimes starts with my period. The worst pain is when I am standing strait up. To make my self feel better I need to bend. I have seen chiropractor before and had some treatments and it helped a little but never solved my problems. I have very simple insurance plan so I try to avoid expensive dr.visit just to find out there is nothing we can do. Besides the suggestion to get an "MRI" is there anything else? Thank you

This is just one possibility!

Have you gone to an OB/GYN? I ask because I had endometriosis adhesions near my spine. Just before and the first few days of my menses, I often had excruciating back pain. I did not know that I had endometriosis until I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago and the adhesions were lasered off.

Wow. Never I have never heard of that, so I just googled it. The symptoms sounRAB just like my symptoms. I will be rading more about this. Thank you so much I would probably never find this.

Can you afford a lurabar xray? True, you might not get much help but you will know what's up and can proceed from there.

Is the small of your back really defined? Meaning, does it have a real deep curve inwarRAB as opposed to being more even with a butt attached? If you have a deep curve, this can cause pain and discomfort, it is a condition, and there is an exercise you can do to strengthen muscles back there, which can help with pain. Also, avoid heavy lifting.

Can you get that xray though, in case there is more to this? At least it will show where the bones are sitting, if you can't get that MRI.
