I feel like I have a stain in lower back for two weeks now I am a fitness instructor, I can workout but still have pain mostly when sitting or lying down. How long does this last
Until you give your back muscles time to heal and recover-which they usually say no exercise, rest with heat. I would recommend trying some aleve t osee if it will help you any. If it doesn't clear up in a week, i'd head to the docs just to make sure it's not overly serious.
