i am 28 year old male. i am having some stiffness in my right lower back which is causing some trouble. i exercise everyday. i am doing it since 10 years.with stiffness i have slight pain in my right scrotum, some stiffness in my right butt, referred to right thigh. i dont have any pain, no nurabness. i am healthy otherwise. please oblige in replying my queries.

Even though you don't have pain or nurabness, it sounRAB like your sciatic nerve on the right is being pinched or more likely irritated. This can be from a bulging/herniated disc in your lower spine or sometimes from sacroiliac joint disorder.

Abdominal/core muscle strengthening can often help alleviate your pain. Are you able to get an MRI from your doctor? Have you visited a doctor about your condition and if so, what did the doctor say?

I would get an x-ray done first to determine the alignment of the vertebrae first. If that checks out ok with no degeneration (which i think it will cause of your current health) then go see a pysiotherapist. They will check your spine and SI joints for movement. They will also show you how to correctly lift properly and give you core exercises. Hopefully you get a good one though...

Good luck
