...sitting or out of bed? Im 19 and have been experiencing a dull pain in my back mostly on the right side. It begins immediately when I sit and makes it very tough to sit through class or when I drive. I also get it when I stand for a period of time. Also walking can sometimes be strenuous and once in a while can cause very bad pain. Also when I get up from sitting or laying down sometimes I get a sharp pain in my lower right back it makes me freeze and sometimes I am stuck in that position until the pain subsides. This has been going on for a month now and is yet to feel better if anything it is getting worse. please help!
