I have injured my lower back bending over suddenly. this has happened before but I was never injured as badly as this time. I find it very painful to stand or walk. I also feel a small lump an inch or 2 to the right side of my spine. The injury seemed to occur across my spine to both sides in a straight line about were this lump is. I have gotten some relieve by taking Ibuprofen but I am still greatly immobile.
