This is my first time doing this. For the past 5 days, I've been experiencing lower abdominal cramps. This ONLY happens the day I get my period and it only lasts a day. I also have had a metallic taste in my mouth for the past 10 days. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. I'm expecting my period next week. What could this be? Should I trust the negative result? Thank you.
