Lower abdomen pain during sex?

I was having intercourse with my bf and i suddenly felt pain in my lower abdomen just above my pubic bone. Also have cramps and lower back pain after about an hour. if i sit crumpled up it doesnt hurt as much but if i stretch out it hurts worse. Im on the pill and on my 2nd week of pills so im not near my period
There basicly was no sex. it was instant pain.
