The sound is coming through my speaker of the headset instead of the speaker for when you put the phone on speakerphone. Does anyone know why? The phone is on loud for volume setting, and I have tried pushing the volume up button on the side of the phone, as well as the speaker icon. Is this what it is supposed to do? Any help is appreciated, I have searched ALL over the net and can't find the issue/resolution...
