Im an international student and have been living in the states for two years. I came here with a very little english. Anyway im senior this year and despite of taking the toefl twice i got 67.and my act is 15. My gpa is 2.71. I know my scores are low. And i also know i dont have too many college options with these scores. But should i still try my chance on some average universities ? Im a hardworker but when it comes to testing i cant do it. I dont want to use this as a crutch but i could have done better if they were in my own language. Would they consider this? What do you think? and btw i live in the east cost.
