I haven't tried it personally, but it certainly has gotten good reviews. Some people get a great deal of relief from the use of electrical stim. I don't happen to be among them....my main issue was nerve pain and I found that it just made me feel even more sensitive....But you won't know until you try.
Hopefully someone on the board will be familiar with the unit and can give you a personal assessment.
