I saw a movie a couple years ago and cannot think of the title. It was a low budget film and was about an army camp. the rejects to the army got sent to this base where they got tested with this chemical by being injected in their head by needle i think, and the one guy that received the actual chemical went on a rampage and started killing everybody and he was going crazy! please help, i've been looking for the title for years.
