Mr. Sancheev if you have been having back pain for 3 mos. then you should see your pc doctor. He would probably order a ct scan or mri depending on how much pain your in. I'm 56 yrs. old and know all to well about back pain. Sometimes you can take steroid shots or oral steroiRAB for a week and pain subsides but don't do nothing. If you have a underlining condition it will only get worse.Good Luck and let us know what you find out.

Sanjeev Ji, I am not an expert of professonal, but someone who has endured back pain and disk degeneration myself and even my elder brother too. My suggestions :
Please avoid surgery, no use.

Please avoid painkillers, they are harmful and no actual healing.

Please consider Homeocare.

Please rest a lot : Best Medicine.

And Yes,Yes, as parman suggested, its high time u consult a doc
and go for MRI. Its necessary and i hope u can afford it.
Its vital. First thing, stop moving around, take 1 week full rest and
consult doc ASAP.

It sounRAB like you need more investigation by CT then possibly an MRI. A lot of my problems only showed up on a MRI. Then I had these looked at by several surgeons. But it has been a long road for me as My pain could not be relieved by any injections or physical therapy so I have had to use narcotic type medication. That has also been a long road as I used tremadol for about the first 5 years. Now I take oxycontin which along with other meRAB control my pain very well when nothing else worked. I use paracetamol also on a regular basis as I have good kidneys and liver. Also take a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory a muscle relaxant and an anti-depressant.
After my back had degraded more causing sciatica (pain from my waist down) and shooting nerve pain of about 9 on our pain scale I have been refereed to a neurosurgeon who will be surgical reducing the pressure from the compressed nerves by fusion or ADR. But it has been about 8 years before I had come to the stage where I except that surgery is my only option now or I may end up with permanent nerve damage. So all the things that I have been told to avoid have ended up being my best chance of leading some sort of expectable life. Where I am not tied to my bedroom 15 to 20 hours a day. So all these options have there place in the right applications and at the right time. Allan
