low back pain

this my mri report,"mild diffuse disc bulge of l4-l5 and l5-s1 disc noted causing anterior thecal sac indentation with mild bilateral foramen compromise" i can't understand what it is .. and also i need a proper treatment for my problem.
 
Please describe your symptoms and what led you to getting the MRI. Part of any back problem is the test findings (like MRI) but the other part is if the symptoms you are experiencing appear to match the MRI findings.

Also, you'll want to search for a spinal dermatome picture. It will show which levels of the spine affect what part of the body. It will map L3, L4, etc and show you where symptoms from these levels are commonly felt.
