If it wasn't for the millions of dollars players get paid , how many players do you think would still actually play for the love of the game, and who are a few players that you think play more for the money and who are a few players that you think play more for the love of the game

Steve Smith
Brett Favre

none of them care too much about a big contract, they know they are lucky to play in the nfl, which remains an unfulfilled dream for most.
 
not many, these days but, there would be ENOUGH and, the quality of play would no doubt improve immensely.
