Ok first of all I took out my 12" subs a year ago before school, but anyway as for my car now, I have nothing in it to enhance my speakers or make the music louder or anything (with the exception of 2 tweeters). But I was driving down a local street like a parkway ( with my windows down) and I seen the cop sitting at a local store and I know I did not have my music up. So as I was approach the upcoming light the cop was already pulling out the store parking lot. The cop had his windows up and he sat next to me in the turning lane, while i sat in the straight away lane I guess you can call it. But as we both (cop and I) waited at the light, my cousin and I were talking about a text message and the cop sitting next to us. When the light turned green I took off and BAM he pulls from the turning lane and pulls me over. And when he did he said "your music was too loud. I could hear it over 75ft away." I was like wait 75 ft away my mousic was not loud at all. I admit my music was loud enough for the car next to me to hear but definitely not 75ft away. He also said "I pulled next to you in order to confirm that it was you". Also it was like 3-5 cars i think. But, anyway, after not finding anything on my license, I received a sound violation ticket that I know I did not deserve. I thought about fighting this in court but its only my word versus he's . And I know he will win but I do not deserve that ticket at all.
Oh yea where Im from is a small city and in this city 50 ft away a cop can pull you over.
Also this town is very very racist so that could have played a part.
But please help me, give me suggestions or something. No smart comments thank you in advance
