cv joints click on sharp turns, bushings on sway bars clank on bumps, but wont effect steering, they just get noisy. jack up the wheels and take a look for grease everywhere or something worn. grab the tire and move it at 12 o clock, look for play..try again at 10 o clock, something might feel loose. you will have to inspect the swaybar because you cant feel play if its bad. but you can grab ahold of the link and see if it moves.
