Hi
I was in a car crash last feb and had to learn to walk again, my ankles always did click quite loud if i rotated them, however, since the crash I have noticed that if i point my foot downwards my ankle makes a really loud snapping noise, and it feels much better, it never hurts, but its like ive released a lot of pressure, what is causing this, and do I need to see a doctor about it? i'm 21 and don't do any sport that would cause this, and my job is based sitting down
