I got phone last Saturday and they stole it on Monday at school from by backpack.what can we do it has barely been a week and 1 day since we got the phone and its not under a 2 year contract and it doesn't have insurance.we put the account on hold so calls cant be made or received on the phone. is their away to get a new one phone or do they charge?
