Lost my jury duty summons... now I have to go?

I lost my jury duty summons a long time ago. I never called in at the advice of several people I know. I've ALWAYS called in and never been actually called for service... except this time. *sigh*

Anyway, they sent me a notice saying that I need to attend. I went on the website at the time they stated, and they told me to check back. Which I did... four times. Now they say I need to be at the courthouse at 8:30AM tomorrow with my summons form filled out. What do I do??? I can't call them (because they told me to check back after 5:00pm, which is when they close). If I have to be there tomorrow, what the heck am I supposed to do. They make this too hard.
 
Poor baby all you have to do when you show up is tell them you lost your paper and I'll bet they will give you another one to fill out.
