Lost my fido sim card for iphone 4?

I lost my fido sim card for my iphone 4 i misplaced it somewhere when i tried using gevey sim card. How much will a replacement be? and I have the gevey sim card slot instead of my original because i lost that too, should i order one online or will the replacement work with gevey?
 
When something went wrong with my sim card I had to get it replaced. It was $10. And fortunately i had everything saved on my phone. I hope all goes well. :) Hope this helped.
