Lost my contacts on Blackberry 8220 How do I get them back ?

I was playing around with my phone today because i recently just got it. I had all my contacts on it, i pressed something and now it says i can switch between business and personal. I try and add all my contacts back from my sims and nothing happens also, i went and tried to change it threw advance options like blackberry help said to do and it has nothing do with contacts.

HELP?!
