Lossy video from a .mov to .flv? I have a 640x480 mov that I can expand on my screen.

It gets fuzzy? which makes sense. It's not terrible and can blow it up almost fullscreen and it looks just a little fuzzy.

I tried to bump it up to 720x402 for an .flv file and it gets all jaggy just jacking up the size slightly. I imagine .flv is a lot more compressed, but is there any trick I can use to bring the 640x480 up a little to around 720x402 without it blowing out?
I understand the concept of pixels and enlarging.

My question is Quicktime and the .mov file, upsizing brings a slight blurriness even at full screen.

Converting to an .flv file and upscaling slightly it gets very jaggy quickly. Is there a better filetype or something I can do to keep an flv from artifacting as much?
