Losing weight/toning/eating healthy etc.?

I'm 18 years old and at the moment I'm 10stone in weight and 5'6 tall.
I'm aware that 10stone isn't exactly overweight as such but last year I was 8 stone can you believe it..
I've bein so stressed out the past two years and turned to nothing only food for comfort.
Most of my weight is in my stomach, lower back, and arms. I don't have a clue HOW I'm going to go about losing it cause every diet consists of eating vegetables and salad and weird sauces. There is a huge prob - I HATE veg & salads and I'm a complete plain freak where food is concerned.I would however, eat veg soup as it's blended. I mean, I eat ALOT of pizza, but all that's on it is mozarella cheese lol. I haven't had alot of working out time lately either. I can't believe I gained 2stone. I honestly thought I was one of these people who doesnt get fat but here I am sulking everyday about how chubby I've become and I didn't even notice it creeping up. I really wish I could go back to beng 8stone and completely tone up my stomach. How much working out exactly does a person have to do to get a really flat, toned tummy. It's my dream to have a body like jessica alba. What am I going to have to do? I don't know where to start because of the whole veg & salad situation etc. I'd be really greatful for any tips and advice or diet suggestions anyone has to offer. (Also, I don't believe in dieting pills)
