Okay this month, I've been playing DDR for about two weeks, and I've lost about a pound or two. & Yesterday, played basketball with a few of my friends and ran a whole lot, and when I came home, I measured myself on the scale and went down to about 101 and before it was 104 pounds
I am pretty happy about that. I am starting to diet and eat healthier. I'm only 13, and I am worried if I'm gaining muscle, because I really want to lose the fat. I am going out more often running, playing soccer, basketball and etc . Can someone help me? all I really want to know, is how to make my thighs a bit skinnier, it looks all saggy and flubbery, haha. What can I do? Can DDR and sports help me get my thighs into shape?
