Okay, so I have been really gaining weight in the past few years. I went from being a size 2 last year to a size 6 this year. I want to lose weight all over, especially in these areas:
1) Upper thighs
2) Stomach
3) Love handles
4) Upper arms
So the first part of my question is, what machines can I use at Gold's Gym and what exercises can I do at home to lose weight in these areas. The second part of my question is, how can I improve my diet? Normally, I eat:
1) Breakfast- two Chewy bars
2) Lunch- sandwich, piece of fruit, chips/crackers
3) Snacks- 2 cookies, and cheese or crackers
4) Dinner- pretty much anything, but usually no veggies
Anyways, I was hoping for a list of fruits, veggies, and healthy snacks (inexpensive) that I could ask my parents to buy. And also, what else can I do to improve my diet? Thanks in advance.
