H Hi M New member Feb 9, 2011 #1 So let me start off. I wanna lose weight obviously. I'm a 15 year old girl how is 5'11 (yes I know tall) and weighs about 176lbs. I wanna drop down to 140. What should my daily exercise/eating routine be if this is my goal? How long will it take?
