I currently have service with T-mobile. I have had my black berry pearl since Dec 2006. Over the past few months I have been having major issues from calls dropping to not being able to download any picture messages. The lastest issue which is about to drive me crazy is the memory lost. For some reason my device is losing memory to the point that it is deleting my text msg and my call log. I have called t-mobile twice and they were really no help. What else could be causing this issue..............yes is do have a memory card that houses all my pics, music, and videos................HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Delete applications and languages that you don't use, as well as old messages.

Clear your Event Log by holding the ALT button and typing L G L G. When that opens up, select Clear Log.

Clear your browser's cache, cookies, history, etc using the Options in your Browser.

There are more options but I can't think of them right now but those should help.
