I have no idea what's wrong with me.
these past 2 weeks i feel like i've been slacking on exercise.
I'm still exercising.
but I'm not enjoying it as much as I used too..
I'll be in the middle of exercising. and then I'll say "eh, I worked my abs yesterday, I don't need to do it today"
then I skip it! and I feel terrible and guilty..I'm already in pretty good shape. I just want to look a little more better.
How do I get that motivation to exercise back?
