Ok so for like the past 6 years i have barely been physically active lol i also ate alot and drank tons of soda. Now I have a bike and i have retired my car so whenever i have to go somewhere close i bike there. Also i have tried to diet and stop drinking sodas. i ride the bike so much that my thighs hurt so freakin bad when i go to bed. will that do it when it comes to losin weight? alot or a little?
