i recently gotta cruiser bike and i weigh 170 pounds and iam 14 is there any way i could lose at least 20 pounds this summer with my bike or any other work out activities that do not require equipment i need 2 buy but iam mostly trying 2 use my bike...also any diet tips i can use or health foods that taste good PLZ HELP I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT D:
