Im 5'4 and 125 pounds. I really really reallly need to lose weight for dance. I dont have time to join a gym, because i dance 7 days a week. I cut meat, butter, white grains, cheese, milk, pretty much all dairy, and eggs out of my diet. I dont eatv anything with aa high fat content. I dont eat any sugar AT ALL. NONE. like no diet pepsi, nothing. I eat non fat greek yogurt,veggies, fruits, brown rice, and lots of water. I cant figure out why im not losing weight! please help! no mean comment though. also, I do situps every night. p
