hay all im still in college and have exams and stuff coming up therefore have no time what so ever to waste going to the gym everyday therefore i have decided to invest in a exercise bike but i wanted to ask will this actually help me loose weight as in not a little maybe like a clothing or dress size then help me maintain it im not fat just okay but i want to be healthier and cut off unnecessary fat in my thighs stomach arms loool basically everywhere will this work if so how often should i work out the timings and how do i build up to this thanks
