so i'm having a dispute with a friends about the usage of the stones.
does certain families or persons "own" the stones and if they communicate to someone whom does not own it is it easier to make them do their will? i'm only asking because i think i red it somewhere but can't remember, can anyone please help me out and I will only choose answer with sources as best.
