Trail- The nausea is normal. Right now, your body is really searching to find any trace of the medication, and it is also rebelling against not having that substance. Your brain is going to make all sorts of things happen such as pain, nausea, restless legs etc. in an attempt to get that substance back.
I can tell you that exercise and lots of water is key. Lots of water will help flush your system, and the exercise will cause your brain to produce those endorphins again. Endorphins are the "feel good" chemicals your body makes naturally. When you take opioRAB for an extended period of time, your brain & body forget how to make those endorphins because the medication has been doing for you, you see what I'm saying? I know you may not feel like exercising, but even just getting out and walking is sufficient to get your body making those endorphins again.
Also, another good thing is adding epsom salts to your hot baths. Epsom salts are great for detoxifying your body.
You are doing great, and you can make it through this. It takes so much courage & determination and even sometimes down-right stubborness, and I admire you for sticking with this.
Take care and I hope today is better than yesterday and tomorrow is better than today.
PS- As your body starts making endorphins again, you may actually start feeling "rushes" of happy feelings or excitement out of the blue. This is a good thing because you will know things are getting back to normal!
