Loosing Weight, Sports Training.?

Over the summer, I went from 5'2 to 5'5 so naturally, I gained weight as well. I am currently 128lbs. I would like to be around 115lbs though. What are some good ways to loose this extra weight?
I have 2 classes in school where I work out (a strength and conditioning course, and a total fitness class where we do a lot of everything) I also do gymnastics 6 days a week for 3-4 hours a day. I would also like to get back into conditioning to be in the best shape for my sport. Should I run as well in the mornings, too for an hour? Any other ideas on exercises I should throw in there.
Also, I am dieting as well.
