Loosen teeth help? and some questions about teeth health?

So I went to my dentist the other day to get a check up on my teeth. My dentist told me that there are a lot of 'teeth stone' between my teeth, especially between my premolars/molars in my upper jaw. He explained that if this teeth stone gets build up, it will force itself into my gum and weaken the fibre that holds my teeth onto my gum. If this is serious, my teeth might fall off. He also told me that the standard length of teeth stone, which is considered 'safe', is 2 mm, in some of mine where it is serious, it's nearly 3 mm. That's quite a lot!! one of my teeth is already loosen by a very very tiny amount. He removed all of the stones for me, but I have some questions (my dentist is a foreigner, he can't fully explain these):

- So will this fibre holding my teeth on to my gum/jaw become ´strong' again, if I take care of my teeth and don't let tooth stone build up again?

- How can I prevent teeth stone from building up? I brushed my teeth carefully 2 times a day and do it everyday, even before, but that didn't seem to help.

- If in the worst case, one of my teeth fall after a few years, what should I do? Is it possible to get it replaced by an artificial tooth? I know it can be very expensive, but is it possible? ( I hope it won't come to this point haha)

- Is there anything else that you think I should know?

Thank you very much for taking your time.
